The Showroom developed for this website is leveraging an integrated FLASH interface. There are a couple key differences and features that this technology includes. The interface or showroom, is directly integrated into a database driven image or photo handler. In this case, the “back-end” is tied into a popular photo sharing website and application provided by Yahoo named Flickr. Other popular API’s with Google, Picassa along with others, will soon be available. This type of integration allows you to quickly and easily manage and publish your photo assets without needing to do additional development on your website. The technology will also work using assets or photos right off your web server. No image handler is required.

The technology is flexible and the interface is designed according to your layout and is not constrained by the technology. In most templates or applications, you are limited with the design or forced to design around the technology. In this case, we can design your showroom to best fit how you will use your showroom while ensuring that your users get the best possible experience while viewing your assets. The technology is FAST! The FLASH interface is preloaded with your images, thus delivering the requests by the user very quickly.
Image Zoom Feature
Images are delivered quickly to the user and more dynamically. With a click of a button, the user can zoom in or out on any desired image within the image gallery. If a more dynamic presentation is desired, the option of, “FULL SCREEN” is available. By clicking on the right mouse click, on a PC, or on both MAC and PC., you have the option when mousing over the gallery. This function is built into the FLASH component and is very user friendly.
